Correctional facility plans to be covered
WAILUKU — State Public Safety Director Clayton Tom will provide an update on his agency’s plans for a new correctional facility on Maui during a meeting of the Governor’s Maui Community Advisory Council at 5 p.m. Thursday in the Cameron Center Auditorium.
Tom will discuss a proposed construction timetable and programs that will be implemented at a new correctional center.
The meeting is open the public. Anyone requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting should call 243-5796 for assistance.
