Free seminar on condo laws offered Oct. 24

WAILUKU – The state Real Estate Commission will present a free seminar on new condominium laws from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Cameron Center. Condominium specialists also will be present for consultations.

The seminar will review owners’ rights and responsibilities; duties and responsibilities of boards, managing agents and resident managers; prospective purchasers; real estate licensees; developers and their attorneys; other professionals; and the general public.
